### The Opportunity
We are looking for a **Senior Platform Engineer** to enhance our tooling and systems, allowing product engineers to focus on shipping features efficiently while ensuring performance, reliability, and scale. This role encompasses infrastructure and internal developer tooling.
### What To Expect
As a Senior Platform Engineer, you will:
- Ship platform improvements to production frequently, covering infrastructure, developer tooling, and shared libraries.
- Design and build systems that enable engineers to deploy confidently multiple times a day.
- Create self-serve developer experiences, including local dev tooling and CI-integrated workflows.
- Extend our internal TypeScript tooling for faster and safer feature development.
- Enhance platform observability and self-healing capabilities.
- Integrate security into our platform defaults while maintaining engineering velocity.
- Tackle scaling challenges as our AI-native mortgage platform expands.
### Core Responsibilities
- Own and evolve our AWS infrastructure using Terraform and Pulumi Cloud.
- Treat infrastructure as a product that engineering teams can rely on.
