Acquisition Software Engineer

## Company Overview Join ManTech, a trusted partner to the Department of Defense since 1968, dedicated to safeguarding our nation through advanced technology and innovative solutions. ## Job Overview ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Acquisition Software Engineer to join our team. This remote, part-time position requires an active DoD TS/SCI clearance and will not exceed 30 hours per week. ### Responsibilities - Provide technical expertise in research and development, acquisition, and sustainment of tactical intelligence equipment. - Support engineering activities and programmatic milestones through the development and review of engineering documentation, including System Engineering Plans and Test and Evaluation Master Plans. - Offer technical support and recommendations to the Government Project Office using software development and system design principles. - Conduct analysis of current and future requirements relating to design and mission effectiveness. - Participate in systems engineering technical reviews and prepare documentation and briefing materials. - Interface with the Program Office to manage engineering tasks and analyze technical problems. - Coordinate with stakeholders and support proposal efforts to facilitate engineering activities. ### Minimum Qualifications - Bachelor’s Degree with at least 10 years of related experience as a software engineer. - Additional 2 years of experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree.
