This remote position involves leveraging your technical expertise to support hybrid cloud computing environments, including deploying infrastructure, implementing security controls, and modernizing critical systems. ### Responsibilities - Design, deploy, and maintain Windows Server infrastructure and hybrid cloud solutions across Azure or AWS environments. - Collaborate with management and stakeholders to facilitate cloud migration and system integration. - Document architectural designs and maintain a comprehensive library of technical documentation. - Conduct routine system patching, configuration management, and automation using tools like PowerShell and Ansible. - Maintain high-availability baselines and security event monitoring for cloud applications. - Recommend and implement process improvements for cloud provisioning and resource scaling. ### Minimum Qualifications - High School Diploma/GED with 7+ years of experience in Systems Engineering and Cloud Infrastructure. - Significant experience in enterprise cloud deployments, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and system architecture documentation. - Experience meeting security requirements in Azure or AWS environments and managing Active Directory. - Proven ability to work across large teams to drive modernization agendas and manage complex hybrid systems. - Familiarity with configuration management, virtual machine provisioning, and network inventorying.
