### Role Overview
As a Full Stack Engineer, you will report to one of our Engineering Managers and be responsible for supporting features and architecture that maintain user confidence in Calendly. You will work on building new features, scaling our platform, and developing tooling and automation to enhance our delivery process.
### Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with your team to build new features targeted at our highest impact enterprise customers.
- Contribute to platform scaling initiatives.
- Meet regularly with Product and Design teams to fine-tune requirements.
- Attend agile ceremonies to plan and execute work.
- Work across squads to improve engineering practices at Calendly.
- Review implementation plans and pull requests from peers.
- Mentor and coach other team members.
### Required Skills
- 2-5 years of professional software development experience in a SaaS or technology-driven environment.
- Strong proficiency in front-end web development using React and TypeScript.
- Understanding of backend engineering principles and practices.
- Experience building and maintaining Node.js services interfacing with distributed APIs.
- Hands-on experience with Service-Oriented Architectures (SOA) and microservices.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
