### Role Overview
As a **Technical Implementations Lead**, you will engage with customers and collaborate with internal teams to enhance the performance, scalability, durability, and security of our custom solutions. Your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with customers on implementation projects, including configuring the Smile platform, scripting, troubleshooting, and providing architectural guidance.
- Developing expertise in core technologies such as HL7, FHIR, OpenID Connect, Kubernetes, Java, JavaScript, JSON, and XML.
- Managing priorities across concurrent projects and escalating requests as necessary.
- Staying updated with industry trends to guide client initiatives.
- Collaborating with customer-facing teams to drive profitability in professional services engagements.
- Assisting technical support analysts and participating in on-call support as needed.
- Supporting the development and evaluation of RFIs and RFPs to secure new business.
### Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Java and JavaScript development.
- Proven expertise in Spring, REST, SQL, and Git.
- 3+ years of experience in designing, developing, and delivering software solutions independently and collaboratively.
- Strong interpersonal skills and excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
