### Role Overview
As a **Staff Engineer** focused on software release and packaging, you will be responsible for building, packaging, and releasing software that empowers our customers to succeed with our RISC-V and system IP products. This role involves integrating Linux with various open-source software packages to enhance customer experience with our IP.
### Key Responsibilities
- Build and package software for RISC-V and system IP products.
- Collaborate across teams to improve automated processes for delivering quality products.
- Utilize CI/CD systems and software build tools effectively.
### Who You Are
- Experienced in Linux and open-source development.
- Proficient in scripting languages like Python and Bash for automation.
- Familiar with Linux system creation tools such as Yocto or Buildroot.
- Knowledgeable in Git and release management.
### Work Environment
