We offer a unified solution database and continuous calculation engine, driving efficiency, productivity, and compliance for the global workforce. ### About the Opportunity The Dayforce Product Development team is seeking a **Software Developer III** to create the next generation of Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions. As a Developer on our Global Payroll team, you will help companies increase their efficiencies through accurate and timely employee payments. ### Responsibilities - Create microservices and engage in hands-on development with C#, SQL, Kafka, and Azure. - Participate in the entire software lifecycle including design, analysis, prototyping, development, testing, and support. - Collaborate with clients, prospects, implementation partners, and Dayforce personnel. - Engage in daily scrum activities and contribute to team and individual development projects. ### Skills and Experience - In-depth working experience with C# and .NET Framework. - Proficiency with T-SQL and understanding of database systems. - Experience with Kubernetes and Containers. - Familiarity with public cloud infrastructure such as Azure. - Strong knowledge of object-oriented design and development. - Experience working in an Agile scrum team. ### Qualifications - University-level degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering or equivalent experience. ### What Makes You Stand Out - Experience with microservices architecture and cloud solutions.
