We prioritize a happy, talented, and diverse studio culture, working on projects that bring value to our world. ### Who We're Looking For We are seeking a **Senior Firmware Engineer** who can take ownership of their work. You should be able to assess firmware states during hardware bring-up and know what needs to be done without needing a spec or manager guidance. You have experience shipping real products and understand the difference between lab-working firmware and field-ready firmware. ### Responsibilities - Own firmware architecture decisions across active product platforms. - Bring up new hardware revisions and integrate peripheral drivers. - Monitor deployed firmware, triage issues, and ship fixes promptly. - Design and implement wireless connectivity flows. - Validate firmware behavior across hardware variants. - Participate in code reviews, ensuring high standards of style, correctness, and maintainability. - Communicate directly with clients to align deliverables with project constraints. ### Who You Are You are someone who is comfortable making architectural decisions under ambiguity and documenting those decisions for the team. You thrive in collaborative environments with hardware engineers, product teams, and clients.
