ServiceNow Developer

### Job Description **Company:** World Wide Technology **Position:** ServiceNow Developer **Qualifications:** - Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science or Computer Information Systems, or equivalent experience and/or certifications. - 3+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer. - Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences. **Key Responsibilities:** - Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using JDBC and various Web Services (JSON, XML, REST, SOAP). - Work with ServiceNow Products: ITSM, PPM, FSM, CSM, AppDev Engine. - Script in various areas (business rules, client scripts, UI actions, ACL, UI policies). - Configure flows, workflows, and maintain Service Catalog. - Gather requirements, design implementation specs, and conduct testing and QA. - Experience with ServiceNow Patch and Major Version Upgrade deployment and support. - Thrive in an agile environment and understand Agile, Lean, and Scrum principles. - Use ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF) to automate and verify applications. **Work Environment:** - Self-directed and motivated, able to work independently. - Collaborative and team-oriented with strong interpersonal communication skills. **Salary Range:** $82,400 to $103,000 annually, based on various factors. **Benefits:** - Health, Dental, and Vision Care - 401k Plan with Company Matching - Tuition Reimbursement - Paid Time Off (PTO)
