### About the Role
Cyderes is looking for a dedicated, creative, and experienced **Senior DevOps Engineer** to join the Managed Services Engineering team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for automating everything, identifying opportunities for optimization/stability, and exploring new ideas to better our services and products. You should have experience working efficiently on small teams, being flexible in filling roles, and a strong understanding of cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP).
### Responsibilities
- Run, maintain, and improve the Cyderes managed cloud environments.
- Help lead initiatives for improving system reliability.
- Troubleshoot and remediate any system/automation issues.
- Maintain and support production Kubernetes environments.
- Mentor other DevOps Engineers to improve team efficiencies and help solve complex problems.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve CI/CD processes and procedures.
- Document and standardize engineering procedures.
- Support a 24x7 team on-call rotation.
### Qualifications
- Strong understanding of CI/CD workflows, scripted automation, and metric gathering.
- Ability to establish and enforce strong security practices.
- Willingness to learn and provide feedback on upcoming technologies.
- A positive attitude, accountability, and ownership are essential.
