As the **Security Architect** at Dexterity, you will lead all aspects of Software Security for our Robotics Product Lines. This hands-on role involves writing and reviewing code, auditing policies, and collaborating with auditors, prospects, and customers to ensure compliance with security policies. You will maintain our Security Guidelines, Incident Plan, and other policy documents, ensuring they reflect the latest industry best practices.
You will work closely with a talented team of Software and DevOps Engineers, Operations, and Customer Success Managers to implement effective policies and processes. We are particularly interested in candidates with experience in achieving ISO27001 and SOC2 compliance in a software company.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Analyze requirements and mentor software developers.
- Communicate best practices through documentation.
- Stay updated on modern DevOps/SecOps tooling and industry trends.
**Required Skills:**
- Strong knowledge of C++ and Python.
- Background in InfoSec, software supply chain security, and secure coding practices.
- Experience with auditors and customer InfoSec/IT teams.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
