**Responsibilities:**
- Collaborate with industry experts to identify business needs and transform them into clear and effective prompts for LLM.
- Develop, test, and refine prompts for various scenarios ensuring high accuracy and relevance of generated results.
- Proactively identify and address issues and mistakes related to prompts.
- Design multi-turn prompt workflows, including agentic patterns, tool calling, and solutions based on retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
- Closely collaborate with software developers to ensure integration of LLM solutions into the product.
- Define and support quality and quantitative metrics for evaluating LLM results (including accuracy, relevance, safety, latency, cost).
- Participate in the development of a scalable framework for prompt engineering aimed at the repeated use of solutions and knowledge exchange among business domains.
**Requirements:**
- Strong background in software engineering or a related technical field.
- Experience with LLMs and prompt engineering.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
