Your role will involve: - Building and evolving foundational AI platforms including model serving, agent frameworks, data connectivity, and secure deployment pipelines. - Driving research and development in AI engineering practices and shaping our multi-cloud/OCI architecture. - Mentoring junior talent to foster a culture of innovation and operational excellence. ### Job Responsibilities 1. Utilize generative AI and engineering best practices to streamline platform services and deployment workflows. 2. Build and optimize infrastructure for model hosting, vector search, agent frameworks, and secure data access. 3. Lead R&D in AI platform engineering, establishing reusable components and best practices. 4. Collaborate with AI, data science, security, and product teams to enhance our AI platform. 5. Develop, scale, and harden AI platform components such as MCP servers and vector databases. 6. Ensure ethical AI practices, including compliance with HIPAA and SOC 2 standards. 7. Mentor junior AI engineers, promoting platform reliability and innovation. ### Qualifications - 7+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, platform engineering, or related software engineering roles. - 3+ years in R&D or leading engineering initiatives.
