DevOps Lead Engineer

Envoy Global is seeking a **DevOps Lead Engineer** to play an integral role in safeguarding and optimizing our technology ecosystem. This position is 100% remote, working from home, within the United States. ### Responsibilities: - Manage operational aspects of the CI/CD pipeline including source control, build systems, infrastructure, networking, deployments, and permissions management. - Collaborate closely with Development, Data, Project Management, and Infosec teams to ensure management, operability, and security of applications hosted in Azure. - Participate in architecture, requirements, and planning sessions with project owners and stakeholders. - Design and deliver DevOps projects ensuring infrastructure is 24x7 operational and cost-effective. - Train and mentor DevOps engineers to meet growing requirements. - Participate in planning sessions and daily stand-ups with multi-region DevOps staff. - Ensure business continuity and disaster recovery plans are tested and updated annually. ### Qualifications: - Strong experience in managing cloud environments, primarily Azure. - Proven track record in automation, reliability, and continuous improvement. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
