### Role Overview
As a Cloud Architect, you will be the primary expert within our technology stack, owning high-level design choices and dictating technical standards, including software coding standards, tools, and platforms. You will steer projects that redefine urban living, establish new media channels for enterprise companies, and drive innovation in healthcare.
### Key Responsibilities
- Act as the emissary of the architecture, diagramming milestones and identifying potential red flags.
- Serve as the technical owner from design to resolution of tailored solutions on cloud platforms.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to determine functional and nonfunctional requirements and business goals.
- Manage risk identification and mitigation strategies associated with the architecture.
- Contribute to code reviews, documentation, and architectural artifacts.
- Mentor engineers and support the growth of technical capabilities within the Architecture Practice community.
### Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience as a Software Architect.
- Proficiency in Azure Cloud Services in a React/Node application environment.
- Microsoft Azure AZ-305 certification (required).
- Experience with Node.js and TypeScript.
- Familiarity with GitHub, Kubernetes, and Postgres.
- High level of English proficiency for global team interactions.
### Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to NestJs/ExpressJs, Zod schema validation, and Python for ETL processes.
- Experience with WorkOS authentication via SSO.
### Skills
- Strong diagramming and planning skills.
- Excellent knowledge of SDLC processes.
