### About Crystal Crystal Intelligence is a blockchain analytics and compliance intelligence company serving exchanges, financial institutions, regulators, and law enforcement across 100+ blockchains. Our customers depend on us for low-latency, high-availability risk and transaction intelligence that powers operational decisions. ### Role Summary Crystal is entering a significant platform shift with a full migration from our current data architecture to a new, AI-native data pipeline. This role will own the migration process, ensuring that we maintain our customer SLAs while continuing to innovate and deliver on our product roadmap. ### What You’ll Do - Own the platform migration end-to-end. - Lead the integration of the new data pipeline into all Crystal products, ensuring no SLA regressions or downtime. - Drive architectural decisions necessary for the transition, including data model alignment and service cutover. - Restore platform foundations by improving API and core platform latency and increasing release velocity. - Partner with engineering leadership to establish clear accountability and standards for engineering management. - Make strategic hiring and performance decisions to elevate the organization to meet platform demands. ### Skills Required - Strong experience in software engineering and architecture. - Proven leadership in managing engineering teams and projects. - Expertise in data pipeline architecture and migration strategies. - Ability to drive technical decisions and align cross-functional teams. ### Qualifications - Extensive experience in engineering management, particularly in tech-driven environments. - Familiarity with blockchain technology is a plus.
