Tech Lead

### About the Role Join Zipdev as a Tech Lead for our client, an influencer marketing platform that connects brands with content creators across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Amazon. In this role, you will oversee day-to-day engineering delivery, ensuring that tickets are clear, prioritized, and progressing effectively. You will review and approve pull requests, maintain high standards for code quality, performance, and maintainability, and help engineers break down work while making sound technical decisions. ### Responsibilities - Own day-to-day engineering delivery - Ensure tickets are clear, prioritized, and moving - Review and approve pull requests - Maintain high standards for code quality, performance, and maintainability - Mentor team members and increase autonomy - Identify risks and escalate early - Improve processes for better speed and predictability - Act as the first point of contact for developers ### Tech Stack - **Backend:** PHP 8.1+, OOP, MySQL, ElasticSearch, RabbitMQ - **Frontend:** Vue.js, Typescript ### Qualifications - 8+ years of software engineering experience - Prior experience leading developers or owning delivery - Strong in system design and backend architecture - Excellent communication and ownership mentality - Ability to balance speed vs quality - Calm, firm, and consistent under pressure ### Bonus Points - Experience scaling teams in growing companies - Experience improving messy or low-process environments - Background working closely with product teams ### Work Environment - Fully remote, Monday to Friday, 40 hours a week (no weekends) If you're interested in a role that values authenticity and encourages you to express yourself, apply now and mention the word **CHARMINGLY** in your application!
