### Responsibilities:
- Support the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) in modernizing enterprise systems’ access.
- Reduce manual effort, improve data accuracy, and enhance transparency for stakeholders.
- Utilize cutting-edge NLP and LLM techniques.
- Stay updated with technology and customer experience best practices, including AI and chatbots.
- Write effective, scalable code.
- Collaborate closely with human-centered design experts to implement intuitive and responsive solutions.
- Develop back-end components to improve system responsiveness and performance.
- Investigate and debug test failures, updating tests or reporting bugs as necessary.
- Provide test coverage analysis based on automation.
