Senior Member of Technical Staff – Software Development

Our Cloud Native Security Fabric (CNSF) delivers runtime security and enforcement within the cloud application infrastructure itself, closing gaps between existing solutions and helping organizations regain visibility and control. ### ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for a **Senior Member of Technical Staff (Sr. MTS)** to join our Observability team. This role involves delivering performant, resilient, and scalable solutions that power our observability platform, which spans the full data lifecycle — collection, transmission, processing, storage, and analysis. #### KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - **Technical Execution**: Design and implement solutions using Golang, Javascript, and Python. Deliver features and improvements independently while writing clean, testable, and maintainable code. - **Project Ownership & Planning**: Set milestones for tasks, prioritize work, and communicate progress effectively. Drive tasks to completion with minimal guidance. - **Architecture & Design**: Apply and advance core technical standards in data pipeline development and observability infrastructure. Participate in design and code reviews. - **Collaboration & Communication**: Engage across organizational boundaries to provide solutions to technical issues and contribute to team knowledge sharing. ### QUALIFICATIONS - Strong experience in software development, particularly with Golang, Javascript, and Python. - Proven ability to solve technically difficult problems and contribute to platform architecture. - Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
