### Company Overview HackerOne is a global leader in Continuous Threat Exposure Management (CTEM), combining AI solutions with the expertise of a vast community of security researchers to enhance cyber risk management. ### Position Summary As the **Senior Manager, AI Engineering**, you will lead two critical product areas: 1. **AI-Native Intelligence Dashboard**: Transform our executive and analytical dashboard into an AI-first experience, delivering proactive risk insights, natural language querying, automated remediation prioritization, and measurable reductions in Mean Time to Remediate (MTTR). 2. **Payments & Monetization**: Oversee the team responsible for researcher payments and consumption-based billing, ensuring reliable payments and efficient contract monetization.
