### Role Overview
Join our AI Foundry team, a small expert group focused on solving high-impact problems by building production-grade internal AI tooling. As a Senior Machine Learning Engineer, you will work across the full lifecycle: exploring solutions, validating value with stakeholders, rapidly prototyping, and taking systems to production.
### Responsibilities
- Build and ship LLM-powered internal tools that improve knowledge access and support client delivery outcomes.
- Take ownership of projects end-to-end: from problem framing to production deployment and monitoring.
- Design and operate LLM systems in the real world, ensuring quality, latency, cost, and reliability.
- Use classic ML/data science skills to complement LLM approaches where appropriate.
- Collaborate closely with backend engineers, product teams, and internal users to define MVPs and drive adoption.
### Requirements
- Proven experience using LLMs in production.
- Strong end-to-end delivery experience with ML/LLM projects.
- Solid data science and analysis skills, comfortable with large datasets.
- High proficiency in Python.
- Ability to operate in ambiguity and tackle fuzzy problems effectively.
