Limbic is already used extensively in Talking Therapies in the UK and is now expanding operations in the US market. ### Role Overview We are seeking a **Senior Full-stack Engineer** who is motivated by seeing their work change outcomes for real people. You will ship features end-to-end that patients and clinicians depend on every day. You should care about why you're building something, not just how. ### Responsibilities - Design, build, and ship full-stack features end-to-end. - Implement TypeScript/Node.js backend services compliant with data residency and regulatory standards. - Build React user interfaces for both patient-facing and clinician-facing products. - Model and handle application data (MongoDB, PostgreSQL) using regulatory compliance best practices. - Integrate features with ML/AI services and safety guardrails. - Contribute to product decisions and measure the impact of what you ship. - Treat security, data residency, and compliance as first-class concerns. - Collaborate in a cross-functional team to integrate features smoothly. - Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering standards. - Triage incoming alerts for collaborative error monitoring. - Participate in periodic "SideQuest" hackathon days. ### Requirements - 4+ years of professional full-stack engineering experience. - Strong TypeScript and Node.js ability (GraphQL and tRPC familiarity preferred). - Solid React experience building production web applications. - Experience with PostgreSQL and document databases. - Experience using AWS services in production and CI/CD pipelines. - Must maintain daily overlap with colleagues in Europe (UTC to UTC+3). - Limbic cannot provide visa sponsorship. ### Diversity and Inclusion We encourage women and individuals from diverse backgrounds to apply and join our team.
