Senior Full-Stack Engineer

### Role Description Defense Unicorns is seeking a **Senior Full-Stack Engineer** to join our Fleet team, focused on building and evolving Fleet Management and Edge Management capabilities within the UDS platform. This role involves developing complex, data-driven interfaces that allow users to understand, manage, and operate distributed systems across edge and remote environments. ### Responsibilities - Own and drive the frontend experience while ensuring alignment between UI behavior, APIs, and underlying system capabilities. - Collaborate closely with backend engineers, platform engineers, and designers to build responsive, reliable, and intuitive experiences. - Design and build scalable, maintainable frontend applications. - Translate complex backend capabilities into clear and usable interfaces. - Write clean, testable, and well-structured code, and develop automated tests (unit, integration, and end-to-end). - Identify and improve performance, reliability, and usability issues. ### Preferred Experience and Qualifications - 5+ years of experience in frontend or full-stack development. - Strong proficiency with modern frontend frameworks (Svelte or React preferred; Angular or similar frameworks acceptable). - Strong understanding of API design and integration (REST, GraphQL, etc.). - Experience building data-intensive or state-heavy applications. ### Travel Expectations 0-5% of the time.
