We prioritize a happy, talented, and diverse studio culture, working on projects that bring value to our world. ## Who We're Looking For We are seeking a **Senior Firmware Engineer** who can take ownership of their work and tackle hardware bring-up challenges. You should be able to assess firmware states and know what needs to be done without needing a spec or manager guidance. Your experience should include shipping real products and understanding the difference between lab and field firmware. ### Responsibilities - Own firmware architecture decisions across active product platforms. - Bring up new hardware revisions and integrate peripheral drivers efficiently. - Monitor deployed firmware, triage issues, and ship fixes promptly. - Design and implement wireless connectivity flows, including pairing and OTA. - Validate firmware behavior across hardware variants and edge cases. - Participate in code reviews, ensuring high standards for style, correctness, and maintainability. - Communicate directly with clients to align deliverables with constraints. ### Who You Are You are comfortable making architectural decisions under ambiguity and documenting those decisions for team alignment. You thrive in collaborative environments with hardware engineers, product teams, and clients.
