GoFasti bridges the gap between world-class developers and designers from LatAm and first-class companies around the globe. ### Job Overview We are seeking a **Lead Developer / Architect Web3** to join our team on a part-time basis. This role is fully remote, and we are looking for someone with exceptional communication skills who is proactive and continuously learning. ### Responsibilities - Own the technical architecture of the platform and guide key build decisions. - Lead and orchestrate the existing development team through sprint cycles. - Drive hands-on full-stack development alongside the team. - Implement and oversee wallet integrations, transaction safety, and security best practices on Solana. - Ensure game logic and mechanics (poker, slots, fantasy sports) are built to industry standards. ### Requirements - At least 2 years of experience as a Lead Developer or Software Architect on production platforms, preferably in gaming or blockchain payment projects. - Minimum 2 years of full-stack development experience. - Hands-on Solana experience (must-have). - Must have gaming industry experience, preferably in casino games, poker, or slots. - Must have blockchain experience, ideally in security, payments, or transactions. - Experience leading development projects, preferably in gaming or blockchain payment systems. - Excellent English communication skills. - Available immediately for part-time, project-based work with long-term potential. ### Preferred Skills - Rust and/or Anchor framework experience (Solana smart contracts). - TypeScript/JavaScript with React or Next.js. - Experience with provably fair game mechanics / RNG systems. ### Compensation The salary range offered for this part-time position varies from **$2,000 - $3,000** per month, depending on seniority and skillset.
