### Job Overview **Company:** California Institute of Applied Technology **Location:** Remote (must reside in New Mexico, Florida, or Massachusetts) **Reports to:** VP of Information Technology **Employment Type:** Full-time As a Full Stack Web Developer at CIAT, you will design, build, and maintain modern web applications that enhance our student experience and internal operations. You will work across the entire stack, delivering secure and scalable solutions that support CIAT’s growth in career-focused higher education. ### Responsibilities - Develop, maintain, and optimize web applications using PHP/Laravel, WordPress, and NodeJS. - Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and deliver new features. - Troubleshoot and optimize code for performance, stability, and security. - Write clean, well-structured code and participate in code reviews. - Monitor application health and implement timely fixes. - Gather project requirements and provide time estimates for implementation. - Stay updated with emerging tools and industry trends. ### Requirements - Proficiency in PHP, Laravel, WordPress, and NodeJS. - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively. - Experience in web analytics and user experience optimization. ### Benefits - Work in a dynamic and innovative environment. - Opportunity to contribute to meaningful projects in education.
