Founding Engineer

### About Haast We're building one of the first agentic systems for enterprise legal and compliance teams that automates their manual work end-to-end, delivering 80% faster compliance reviews and 4x productivity gains. We recently closed a $12M USD Series A and are growing fast in the US. ### The Role As our first US-based Engineer, you'll be the technical bridge between our product vision and our customers' reality. You will: - Design, architect, and ship full-stack features that solve compliance challenges. - Own the technical relationship with key customers, implementing solutions and gathering feedback. - Build scalable services and APIs that power our LLM compliance platform. - Make high-impact technical decisions quickly, influencing our architecture and product roadmap. ### Who We're Looking For - Experience building full-stack systems at meaningful scale. - Proficiency in one or more of: Go, Node.js/TypeScript, or Python. - Ability to challenge assumptions and influence product development.
