AI/ML Research Scientist Intern

Enterprises rely on Pindrop to secure billions of high-risk customer interactions each year, including top U.S. banks, as well as leading insurers and healthcare providers. ### What You'll Do - **Develop and evaluate machine learning systems**: Design, implement, and assess advanced models for problems such as fraud detection, authentication, biometric verification, speech processing, video understanding, and synthetic media detection. - **Prototype and validate new research ideas**: Explore state-of-the-art AI/ML techniques and build proof-of-concept systems to address emerging challenges in security, identity, and media authenticity. - **Work with multimodal data**: Analyze and model speech, audio, video, and related signals to improve system accuracy, robustness, and real-world performance. - **Benchmark against industry standards**: Evaluate models on internal and public datasets, participate in relevant research benchmarks and challenges, and compare approaches against state-of-the-art methods. - **Collaborate on research and innovation**: Partner with researchers, engineers, and cross-functional teams to translate research ideas into practical capabilities. Contribute to technical reports, publications, and thought leadership where appropriate. ### Who You Are You are a creative problem solver excited about building amazing products that add real value to millions of people.
