In this role, you will: - Build intuitive, responsive user interfaces for our AI-powered recruitment solutions. - Collaborate on the underlying systems that drive these applications. - Create engaging front-end experiences leveraging cutting-edge AI technologies. ### Duties and Responsibilities - Design and develop responsive, accessible, and performant user interfaces using React. - Create reusable UI components and implement state management solutions. - Integrate front-end applications with AI/ML models for candidate matching and recruitment forecasting. - Implement interactive data visualizations to present AI-driven insights. - Collaborate on back-end development tasks, including building and consuming REST and SOAP APIs. - Assist with data engineering tasks to connect front-end applications with internal systems and third-party vendors. **Location:** United States **Work Setup:** Remote based - Monday to Friday - Central or Eastern time zone ideally.
